A proposta prev\u00ea que seja inclu\u00edda a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de provas pelas empresas sobre o preenchimento de cotas de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o previstas em lei e a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas inclusivas. <br><br>O projeto altera a lei de licita\u00e7\u00f5es (<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/leis\/l8666cons.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Lei 8.666, de 1993<\/a><\/strong>), que disp\u00f5e sobre normas para licita\u00e7\u00f5es e contratos da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica. A altera\u00e7\u00e3o prevista pela proposta determina que a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada pelas empresas no processo licitat\u00f3rio deve provar a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas inclusivas em favor de popula\u00e7\u00f5es consideradas minorit\u00e1rias como pessoas negras, idosas, com defici\u00eancia, mulheres, popula\u00e7\u00e3o LGBTQ+, povos ind\u00edgenas ou tradicionais, minorias religiosas, asilados ou refugiados. <br><br>Outra modifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a exig\u00eancia de prova de quotas de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o previstas na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, como a regra que determina que de 2% a 5% dos cargos sejam para benefici\u00e1rios reabilitados ou pessoas portadoras de defici\u00eancia, segundo estabelece a\u00a0<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/leis\/l8213compilado.htm#:~:text=Art.,daqueles%20de%20quem%20dependiam%20economicamente.\" target=\"_blank\">Lei 8.213, de 1991<\/a><\/strong>. <br><br>\u2014 As licita\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas s\u00e3o uma forma de alian\u00e7a entre o p\u00fablico e o privado. N\u00e3o faz sentido algum que o Estado celebre alian\u00e7as com agentes particulares que sequer respeitem os princ\u00edpios nos quais nossa sociedade democr\u00e1tica est\u00e1 fundamentada \u2014 declarou Paulo Paim \u00e0\u00a0<strong>R\u00e1dio Senado<\/strong>. <br><br>Caso o projeto seja aprovado, as regras v\u00e3o valer para todos os processos licitat\u00f3rios e come\u00e7ar\u00e3o a
