Esse \u00e9 o entendimento da 13\u00aa Turma do TRT da 2\u00aa Regi\u00e3o, que confirmou senten\u00e7a de 1\u00ba grau. <br><br>O caso concreto envolveu um hospital da regi\u00e3o do ABC paulista e uma auxiliar de RH, que recebia adicional de insalubridade desde a admiss\u00e3o at\u00e9 julho de 2015, quando, sem qualquer justificativa, teve o pagamento interrompido e retomado apenas dois anos depois. Para receber os valores referentes a esse per\u00edodo, entre outras verbas, a trabalhadora ajuizou reclama\u00e7\u00e3o trabalhista. <br><br>Na contesta\u00e7\u00e3o e no recurso, a empresa solicitou que fosse produzida prova pericial no ambiente de trabalho para comprovar que n\u00e3o havia insalubridade e que o pagamento era uma mera liberalidade. Os ju\u00edzos de 1\u00ba e de 2\u00ba grau n\u00e3o admitiram a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de per\u00edcia. <br><br>Segundo a desembargadora-relatora C\u00edntia T\u00e1ffari, \u201cconsiderando ser incontroverso que a reclamante n\u00e3o sofreu altera\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades ou do local de trabalho, e que a reclamada deixou de pagar o adicional de insalubridade por um curto espa\u00e7o de tempo, sem ter buscado qualquer comprova\u00e7\u00e3o oportuna de modifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos riscos no ambiente de trabalho, tem-se que a reclamante sempre trabalhou nas mesmas condi\u00e7\u00f5es insalubres\u201d. <br><br>Ainda de acordo com a magistrada, a empresa que acredita ter eliminado as condi\u00e7\u00f5es insalubres de trabalho deve tomar as devidas provid\u00eancias para que seja
