o trabalhador se vacine contra a Covid, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Trabalho e o Judici\u00e1rio Trabalhista, com suporte no artigo 158 da Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das Leis do Trabalho, que imp\u00f5e ao trabalhador o dever de respeitar as normas de seguran\u00e7a e medicina do trabalho, v\u00eam se posicionando no sentido de que a recusa \u00e0 vacina da Covid possibilita a demiss\u00e3o por justa causa. <br><br>\u00c9 fundamental que as empresas conscientizem seus trabalhadores sobre a import\u00e2ncia da vacina\u00e7\u00e3o, que, aliada ao distanciamento, uso de m\u00e1scara e a higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o das m\u00e3os, visam \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o do meio ambiente do trabalho. <br><br>Ressalta-se, ainda, a necessidade de as empresas, antes de aplicar a medida extrema da dispensa motivada, observarem a condi\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade e eventuais motivos que impe\u00e7am a vacina\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalhador relutante. <br><br><strong><a
