class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#0767b1\">Lei Brasileira de Inclus\u00e3o, Cinco Anos: Desafios e Conquistas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em julho, a Lei Brasileira de Inclus\u00e3o \u2013 LBI (Lei Federal n\u00ba 13.146\/2015) completa cinco anos da sua cria\u00e7\u00e3o, que aconteceu em 6 de julho de 2015, quando foi sancionada. <br><br>O texto da LBI prev\u00ea uma s\u00e9rie de direitos e deveres ao segmento da Pessoa com Defici\u00eancia e tem como base a Conven\u00e7\u00e3o da ONU sobre os Direitos das Pessoas com Defici\u00eancia. <br><br>A lei tramitou por 15 anos no Congresso Nacional, per\u00edodo em que recebeu contribui\u00e7\u00f5es de especialistas e de pessoas com defici\u00eancia de todo o pa\u00eds, at\u00e9 ser sancionada em julho de 2015.
