reequil\u00edbrio dos contratos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O DER-SP anunciou no dia 07 de abril a determina\u00e7\u00e3o DTM\/SUP\/DER-004-07\/04\/2022 que traz as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0s empresas sobre os procedimentos a serem adotados para os pedidos de Reequil\u00edbrio Econ\u00f4mico-Financeiro por parte das empresas contratadas para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de obras e servi\u00e7os. <br><br>Entre as considera\u00e7\u00f5es que levaram o DER a publicar a Determina\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 a nova pol\u00edtica de pre\u00e7os adotada pela Petrobras, que tem causado varia\u00e7\u00f5es imprevis\u00edveis em virtude das oscila\u00e7\u00f5es contratuais. <br><br>O DER tamb\u00e9m exprime em sua Determina\u00e7\u00e3o a possibilidade de paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o de obras devido ao custo insuport\u00e1vel pelos contratados do Departamento. <br><br>Veja abaixo a Determina\u00e7\u00e3o do
