Nacional de Luta das Pessoas com Defici\u00eancia.\u00a0 <br><br>Esse dia foi oficializado em 2005 por meio da Lei n\u00ba 11.133, mas ele j\u00e1 era comemorado desde 1982. <br><br>A data foi escolhida por ser pr\u00f3xima ao in\u00edcio da primavera, quando acontece o aparecimento das flores e esse fen\u00f4meno foi associado ao nascimento e renova\u00e7\u00e3o do movimento das pessoas
