Comparativamente, no m\u00eas de janeiro de 2022, foram registradas 1.147 contrata\u00e7\u00f5es em n\u00edvel estadual.<br><br>Em janeiro, o setor de <em>Constru\u00e7\u00e3o de Rodovias e Ferrovias<\/em> registrou a maior alta com a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de 905 empregados. O setor emprega, hoje, 37.127 trabalhadores. O segundo setor que promoveu mais empregos foi o de <em>Obras de Urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; ruas, pra\u00e7as e cal\u00e7adas,<\/em> com 392 contrata\u00e7\u00f5es, com o setor registrando 18.356 trabalhadores ativos.<br><br>O setor da constru\u00e7\u00e3o pesada paulista registrou, em janeiro, o total de 90.031 trabalhadores ativos em todos os seus setores.<br><br><strong>BRASIL<\/strong><br><br>A tend\u00eancia de alta tamb\u00e9m foi verificada em janeiro de 2023, em n\u00edvel nacional. Os n\u00fameros do primeiro m\u00eas do ano registram 2.442 vagas positivas.<br><br>Apesar do crescimento, o montante \u00e9 inferior ao registrado em janeiro de 2022, quando houve saldo positivo de 5.948 vagas no pa\u00eds.<br><br>O setor de <em>Constru\u00e7\u00e3o de Rodovias e Ferrovias<\/em> foi o que mais contratou, seguido do setor de <em>Constru\u00e7\u00e3o de Redes de Abastecimento de \u00e1gua, coleta de esgoto e constru\u00e7\u00f5es correlatas<\/em>. Respectivamente, o n\u00famero de novas vagas foi de 921 e 671 em janeiro de 2023. Para Carlos Prado, gerente t\u00e9cnico do SINICESP, o comportamento verificado tanto em n\u00edvel estadual quanto no federal foi como o esperado, ap\u00f3s o final do ano, quando ocorre a retra\u00e7\u00e3o dos n\u00edveis de emprego devido \u00e0s festas natalinas. Outro fator que explica os n\u00fameros \u00e9 o come\u00e7o de novas administra\u00e7\u00f5es no setor federal e estadual, que reiniciaram a retomada dos servi\u00e7os, mesmo que de forma t\u00edmida, o que permite uma inflex\u00e3o do comportamento negativo verificado nos \u00faltimos meses de 2022. O SINICESP espera, para os pr\u00f3ximos meses, uma acelera\u00e7\u00e3o na tend\u00eancia de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de novos postos de trabalho, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 em S\u00e3o Paulo, mas tamb\u00e9m em todo
