A LDO prev\u00ea o montante com base na receita, que \u00e9 a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o da cidade, e nas despesas, que envolvem os gastos municipais.<br><br>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos investimentos, o or\u00e7amento de 2023 destinou R$ 11,5 bilh\u00f5es. Para o ano que vem est\u00e3o previstos R$ 14 bilh\u00f5es em caixa, 21% a mais do que neste ano.<br><br>O prefeito, na mensagem em que apresenta a proposta de LDO aos vereadores, afirma, sobre os R$ 14 bilh\u00f5es destinados a investimentos, que &#8220;esse recurso ser\u00e1 de suma import\u00e2ncia para concretizar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas importantes para a cidade, tais como a promo\u00e7\u00e3o do acesso \u00e0 moradia, \u00e0 urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o e regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria para fam\u00edlias de baixa renda, a garantia da qualidade e seguran\u00e7a das vias p\u00fablicas e das \u00e1reas de infraestrutura urbana, a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da resili\u00eancia da cidade \u00e0s chuvas, garantia do atendimento integral em sa\u00fade e a garantia ao acesso inclusivo e equitativo \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;.<br><br>Outro destaque, segundo o prefeito, \u00e9 a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do endividamento bruto da cidade de R$ 42,8 bilh\u00f5es (dez\/2021) para
