A decis\u00e3o vale at\u00e9 a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema para exclus\u00e3o da multa cobrada indevidamente.<br><br>Desde o dia 16 de novembro, as empresas est\u00e3o obrigadas a informar no eSocial os processos trabalhistas que tramitam na Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho por meio do evento S-2500, bem como as contribui\u00e7\u00f5es sociais previdenci\u00e1rias devidas nestes processos ou decorrentes de acordos homologados.<br><br>Apesar da exist\u00eancia de legisla\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica que regula o assunto, inclusive com s\u00famula do TST, o sistema do eSocial passou a incluir, de forma autom\u00e1tica, a multa de mora prevista no artigo 61, da lei 9.430\/96 considerando a data da presta\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o que originou a cobran\u00e7a das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es, e n\u00e3o a da decis\u00e3o como deveria ser.<br><br>Assim, a empresa impetrou mandado de seguran\u00e7a para afastar a obrigatoriedade de envio dos eventos citados at\u00e9
