O n\u00famero representa uma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o de 40% no n\u00famero de vagas perdidas em dezembro de 2023, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo m\u00eas de 2022, quando o saldo foi negativo em 1279 vagas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"section-g6a5c6d\" class=\"wp-block-gutentor-e6 section-g6a5c6d gutentor-element gutentor-element-image gutentor-enabled-width text-align-center-desktop\"><div class=\"gutentor-element-image-box\"><div class=\"gutentor-image-thumb\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"normal-image\" src=\"https:\/\/sinicesp.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/sinimail-2024-04-interna01.jpg\" \/><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O setor de <em>Constru\u00e7\u00e3o de Rodovias e Ferrovias<\/em> foi o que apresentou a maior perda de trabalhadores em dezembro de 2023, com um saldo negativo de 805 vagas. Em segundo lugar est\u00e1 o item <em>Obras de Terraplenagem<\/em> que apresentou queda de 515 postos de trabalho. Em terceiro lugar ficou <em>Urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o-ruas, pra\u00e7as e cal\u00e7adas <\/em>com 321 vagas a menos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"section-g096820\" class=\"wp-block-gutentor-e6 section-g096820 gutentor-element gutentor-element-image gutentor-enabled-width text-align-center-desktop\"><div class=\"gutentor-element-image-box\"><div class=\"gutentor-image-thumb\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"normal-image\" src=\"https:\/\/sinicesp.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/sinimail-2024-04-interna02.jpg\" \/><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apesar das quedas verificadas em dezembro de 2023, o setor fechou o ano com 100.318 empregados com carteira assinada, o que significou um aumento de 12 % no total de empregos em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com dezembro de 2022, que registrou 88.681 trabalhadores ativos em todo o estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.<br><br><strong>N\u00edvel Brasil<\/strong><br><br>Em n\u00edvel nacional, o n\u00edvel de emprego da constru\u00e7\u00e3o pesada tamb\u00e9m registrou, em dezembro de 2023, saldo negativo de 19.212 postos de trabalho. Resultado 8% maior do que dezembro de 2022, que apresentou perda de 17.691 vagas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"section-g083db9\" class=\"wp-block-gutentor-e6 section-g083db9 gutentor-element gutentor-element-image gutentor-enabled-width text-align-center-desktop\"><div class=\"gutentor-element-image-box\"><div class=\"gutentor-image-thumb\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"normal-image\" src=\"https:\/\/sinicesp.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/sinimail-2024-04-interna03.jpg\" \/><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da mesma forma em que ocorreu no estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, os setores <em>Constru\u00e7\u00e3o de Rodovias e Ferrovias, Obras de Terraplenagem e Urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o-ruas, pra\u00e7as e cal\u00e7adas<\/em> foram os que apresentaram as maiores perdas de postos de trabalho. O total geral de empregos ativos no setor fechou o ano com 377.767 trabalhadores empregados em todo o pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" do per\u00edodo, quando \u00e9 verificada uma grande perda de postos de trabalho em raz\u00e3o das festas natalinas e de final de ano.<br><br>Os n\u00fameros de dezembro de 2023, tanto em n\u00edvel nacional quanto estadual, com as expressivas quedas verificadas, mostram tamb\u00e9m um cen\u00e1rio preocupante de diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de novos contratos que permitiriam a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da m\u00e3o de obra j\u00e1 contratada.<br><br>Esse perfil poder\u00e1 ser modificado nos pr\u00f3ximos meses, com novas obras nos dois n\u00edveis de governo e pelo incremento causado pela proximidade
